. . .

I commenced work as a Project Manager for Thames Valley Police in 2013, leading on a number of national initiatives. I developed and delivered training to all ranks on decision making, file building, disclosure and the national initiatives of Transforming Summary Justice and Better Case Management. Best practice from that training has been adopted by other forces and the National Team.

Working closely with teams around CSE, Child and Domestic Abuse as well as Serious Sexual Assault, I have a passion for the voice of the victim to be heard and have assisted in the implementation of the Victim’s Right to Review, both with CPS and the Police.

I now run a successful business delivering bespoke training to all agencies within the Criminal Justice System and beyond. I am currently working with a number of police forces, as well as the National Crime Agency, the Border Agency and Community Safety Partnerships, seeking to improve the quality of the investigations, decision making, file building and presentation of cases at court, as well as implementing recommendations from reviews and inspections.

As a practicing solicitor and qualified trainer, the diversity of my experience allows me to bring a wealth of knowledge to the establishment of quality investigations, good decision making and gold standard file build.
